They say, “A baby fills a place in your heart that you never knew was empty,” and this is something that a number of Punjabi stars experienced in 2022. Some of them brought home a bundle of joy in the form of a little angel, and some others in the form of a handsome baby boy.
So now as we step towards a new year, let’s take a quick 2022 recap and see the Punjabi stars who became parents this year.
Punjabi lyricist Jaani and his wife Neha Chauhan became parents of a handsome young lad on May 2nd. They named their bundle of joy Shivaay. Neha introduced Shivaay to her Instafam in October. Mankirt also welcomed home his little one this year. He was blessed with a baby boy who shares an uncanny resemblance with his father. Further, Mankirt is often seen sharing pictures and videos of his son on social media. And in one of his posts, he revealed the name of his lad - Imtiyaz Singh Aulakh.
The ‘No More Shada’ fame singer Parmish Verma who got married in 2021, embraced parenthood in September 2022. His family got extended with one new member, a beautiful little girl on September 30. Parmish Verma and his wife Geet Grewal named their little angel Sadaa. She was brought home from the hospital on October 2nd, and to welcome her Parmish arranged proper ‘band baja’. Another Punjabi singer-actor who got blessed with a child this year is Ninja. On October 10, Ninja embraced parenthood as his little boy came into his life. The artist named his son Nishaan. Sharing the very first post of his child, Ninja wrote - “After having u in my life, it started making sense again 🙌🏻🤗”
Last but not least, Punjabi singer-music director Goldboy and his wife, Harmeen are another Punjabi star couple who became parents in 2022. They welcomed home their very first child, a pretty little baby girl who they named Rehmat Kaur.
