Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu’s director Smeep Kang: Even while shooting, I knew this girl was going to go places

Harnaaz Sandhu has become the trendiest topic today, as she bagged the title of Miss Universe 2021. After 21 years, Harnaaz Sandhu has brought the crown home, and people all around are extremely content with her victory, including her director Smeep Kang.
Talking to ETimes exclusively, Smeep Kang said, “There are people you meet, no matter at what point in their lives, you feel they are meant for bigger things.Harnaaz Sandhu is one of those.”
Smeep Kang and Harnaaz Sandhu worked together on the movie ‘Bai Ji Kuttange’, and during the shooting of the same, the girl made an impact on the director. Smeep told us, “Even while shooting, I knew this girl was going to go places.”
“People who don't know Harnaaz Sandhu are pleasantly shocked at this outcome. People who have known her have only this to say with her becoming the Miss Universe: Of course! She had asked me to pray for her before leaving for the pageant and I did, even though I felt she didn't need it,” concluded the director.
