Mandy Takhar turns producer with ‘Kikli’

Punjabi actress Mandy Takhar

has decided to dip her toes in a new field of entertainment. She is donning the producer’s hat now and is bankrolling a new project titled ‘Kikli’. Another banner associated with the movie is

Further, starring Mandy Takhar herself, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Jobanpreet Singh, the movie’s shoot is going on the floors today. Also, Mandy enjoys the credit for screenplay and dialogues, while the concept is by Kamaljit Singh.
Releasing next year, i.e. in 2021, Kavi Raz is directing the movie, while Jatinder Shah will be giving music to it.

In August, during an exclusive interview with ETimes, Mandy Takhar did hint at a project that will star her with her BFFs, Wamiqa Gabbi and Jobanjpreet Singh. And perhaps, this was the project she was talking about.
Meanwhile, she has a number of other movies in the pipeline for release. However, as of now, it appears ‘Kikli’ will be taking most of her time.
