Mahesh Bhatt unveiled the first look and trailer of the Punjabi film ‘
Dushman
’ in Chandigarh on February 15. The entire cast of the film was present for the event.

Shagufta RafiquE, ‘Dushman’ is about Indo-Pak relations. At the event, Mahesh Bhatt was quoted as saying,” Indo-Pak relationship is a topic which ignites pain in the hearts of people for both the countries. Everyone wishes to see India-Pakistan as a friendly neighbour but a deep wound is still fresh which is bleeding till date and we haven’t been able to soothe it. This movie is our attempt to improve sentiments between the two countries.”
Speaking about his experience on working on the film, Mr Bhatt added that,” It was an amazing experience to shoot the film and work with such amazing talent. The film will take the audience through a variety of emotions and high voltage action.”
‘Dushman’ stars Jashan Singh, Kartar Cheema and Sakshi Gulati in lead roles and is bankrolled by Yellowstone Productions.
