Here's who Pankaj Batra got on board as the female lead for his maiden production

Recently the news of director Pankaj Batra turning producer made headlines. Earlier reports suggested that he has roped in Jassie Gill, Ranjit Bawa and Ninja as male leads for his untitled project. However, nothing was clear regarding the female lead, until Pankaj Batra shared a picture from the sets of the film from London. The picture featured Pankaj with two of the lead actors Ranjit Bawa, Jassie Gill along with the Punjabi belle Navneet Dhillon.



The maiden production of Pankaj will be presenting a slice of life. It’s based on the story of three friends played by Jassie Gill, Ranjit Bawa and Ninja living in abroad. The untitled venture’s plot revolves around the bond of the three buddies and their struggle of leading a life in the foreign land.

Pankaj Batra has been known to give some of the best Punjabi movies. As a director, he has tried his hands in various genres. His last directorial was Diljit Dosanjh starrer ‘Sajjan Singh Rangroot’.
