And whenever we talk about freedom fighters, one name we can just never forget is Shaheed Bhagat Singh. No words can do justice to express what he did for our nation. Perhaps that is why when on his birth anniversary, we contacted Neeru Bajwa to say a few words for the martyr she said, “Bhagat Singh, the moment I take this name, it gives me goosebumps. I just don't know how to put in words the sacrifice he did for our nation.”

“Today, it is his birth anniversary and of course, every Indian is in his debt, but today, I feel like saluting his mother as well, who gave birth to a boy who didn't just write his own destiny but reshaped the future of India,” added Neeru while talking to us exclusively.
“I am a mother myself, I can't even bear the thought of my kids getting a mere scratch. Late Bhagat Singh's mother must have gone through so much ordeal, but in her heart, she must also be feeling so proud, that her son was brave and selfless enough to make his place in the history of India,” said the ‘Maa Da Ladla’ fame actress.
