Ending the long wait, the makers of ‘Guddiyan Patole’ have released the trailer of the movie. Starring
Sonam Bajwa and
Gurnam Bhullar in lead, with Tania and
Nirmal Rishi in pivotal roles, the trailer of the movie hints at a complete family entertainer making its way to Pollywood.
The story revolves around two young girls Sonam Bajwa and Tania who flew down from Canada to India, Punjab. There they meet their maternal grandmother, who seems not so happy with the girls. However, as the trailer unfolds, it shows how Sonam and Tania win the heart of their granny and paints her in their urban swag. At the same time, the story shows the singer turn actor Gurnam Bhullar developing soft feelings for the girls. Though reportedly it’s Sonam Bajwa who will be seen as Gurnam Bhullar’s love interest, there are certain scenes in the trailer that hint at a triangle, involving Tania.

Produced by Bhagwant Virk and Nav Virk, ‘Guddiyan Patole’ is a Vijay Kumar Arora film. The story of the movie has been penned by Jagdeep Sidhu, who is known for Punjabi classic rom-coms like ‘Qismat’ and ‘Nikka Zaildar’. The film is slated to release on March 8th.
