Actor and former chairman of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Gajendra Chauhan visited Golden Temple in Amritsar on Monday afternoon. Dressed in blue shirt, Chauhan, also known for playing Yudhishthira in the old television series of Mahabharat, stayed at the shrine for some time and even posed for pictures. The actor has been frequenting the holy place for many years.
Last year too he made a quick trip with another actor and paid obeisance at Golden Temple. We hear he sat near the sarovar (holy pond) in the complex of the shrine and later sought divine blessings.
