“I am very excited for the movie and my role in it. This is for the first time in my career that I am playing an anti-hero lead. As a matter of fact, in Punjabi cinema as well I suppose this is the first time that a character of dark shade is actually the main male lead.” said Aarya.
“Also, I would like to say that it is one of the most challenging roles of my career so far. It has so much intensity and complexity, that if there’s any actor who I can imagine pulling off this character is my father Mr. Raj Babbar. That’s how demanding this character is”, added the actor.

Aarya made his comeback as an action hero, and now he is ready to offer a dark shade to his audience. Talking about the variety of characters that the actor is doing, he said, “Year 2020 is about experimenting for me. And it’s actually good that Punjabi cinema has grown so much that we as actors get to experiment with roles, and filmmakers too don’t hesitate in trying something different.”

Speaking about the film, it is a Devi Sharma directorial and Gurdip Panaich production. Further, Aarya told us that the movie revolves around a social issue and has a female protagonist. The shoes of the female lead have been filled in by Gugni Gill. In fact, the writer of the movie is also a woman - Miss Khushboo who very beautifully has crafted a content driven movie.
Shooting amid the Coronavirus outbreak
Considering the current situation of the Coronavirus pandemic, many filmmakers have postponed their movie releases and shoots; however, the camera is rolling on the sets of

‘Jatti 15 Murrabean Wali

’. Talking about the same Aarya said, “I agree that considering the situation it is quite risky to shoot, but I am not the producer here. I am a professional actor who understands the amount of money, confidence and faith the producer has invested in the project, and how the delay in shoot can cause him big loss. Nonetheless, we are taking all the precautions, the team is wearing masks, the sanitizers are handy; it is a safe environment to shoot.”
