Diljit Dosanjh apologies to the disappointed fans amid the stay on Jodi’s India release

Diljit Dosanjh and Nimrat Khaira starrer ‘Jodi’ was supposed to release worldwide today, i.e., on May 5. However, for some reason, the fans will have to wait a little longer to enjoy the film on the big screen as the court has put a stay on the film's release in India. On the one hand, where the audience feels disappointed by the stay, the lead actor of the film Diljit Dosanjh is also disheartened.
Taking to his social media story, Diljit Dosanjh shared an apology note for the audience.He wrote that the entire team of ‘Jodi’ worked really hard on the project but due to some reason, it has not been released in India. We apologize to all those people who were waiting for the film.
Here’s what his note read - “Jodi film di sari team ne baut hardwork kita.. apna 100 percent dita sareya ne. Par kisey kaarn eh film aj India ch release nhi ho rahi.. Jo Jodi da intzaar kar rahe c ona ton maafi.. sareyan nu pyar te satkaar”
Written and directed by Amberdeep Singh, Jodi is one of the highly awaited Punjabi films. Set in the bygone era, the movie is a full entertainer with a perfect blend of romance, comedy and music. The audience can’t wait to watch the movie on the big screen.
