Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh who was recently busy with his musical tour, has taken to his social media handle to share a piece of great news for his fans. On the Pollywood front, he was last seen in the movie ‘Honsla Rakh’, which was released last year in October, and now again on October 5, 2022, Diljit will be back on the 70mm with his new film ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’. According to the latest update, the movie's shoot has been completed, and though it was hectic, it seems Diljit has enjoyed every bit of it.
Taking to his social media handle, Diljit Dosanjh shared two pics of him relaxing on a couch and along with the same he wrote - “Shoot Days are Always Fun and Hectic at the Same Time. 2 sec Akh Band kar la bas Bahut Aa.. Alongside Diljit Dosanjh, reportedly Sargun Mehta will be seen in the lead. This will be the first time, Diljit and Sargun will be seen working together. And as mentioned above, the official poster of the same is to be out soon.
Coming to behind-the-camera credits, written by Naresh Kathooria, the movie has been directed by Amarjit Singh and the cinematographer for the same is Baljit Singh Deo.
Meanwhile, besides ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’, Diljit Dosanjh will be seen in ‘Jogi’. It is a feature film based on the 1984 riots, marking Diljit’s OTT debut. The movie will be released on Netflix on 16 September.
