Babbal Rai is all set to hit the big screens with his first outing of the year ‘

Gippy Grewal production and even the next two movies of Babbal are also being bankrolled under Gippy’s banner.
Interestingly, even Babbal Rai’s debut in Pollywood was marked with the Gippy Grewal starrer ‘
Singh Vs Kaur
’, wherein Rai played a cameo. Thus, talking about Gippy Grewal in a recent interview Babbal Rai reportedly said that he thinks of the former star as his elder brother.
He said Gippy’s importance in his life is like that of an elder brother. The two have known each other for 12-13 years. Further, when Rai was studying in Australia, and only two-three of his music videos were popular on YouTube, he accompanied Grewal twice during his Australia tours.
The singer-actor also added that he used to work as a cab driver with Gippy’s elder brother

. So the bond is quite old. Also, even whenever he needs a suggestion on personal or professional front, Gippy is his go to person.
Last but not least, the actor said he always dreamt of working as his younger brother on-screen and the same will be fulfilled ‘Maa’.
