, for “openly supporting” the demand for Khalistan. Sharing a video Diljit said, “I am an Indian taxpayer who has always stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the country and Punjab in time of need.” And now the singer-actor is also getting support from the fraternity.

Prince Kawaljit Singh shared Diljit’s video on his Instagram and wrote - “Full support hai baie ji @diljitdosanjh tusi sahi ho ... @kang_gurpartap”


On the same hand, Rakesh Mehta posted a picture of Diljit Dosanjh and in the caption penned - “I support @diljitdosanjh wholeheartedly ! Proud of Punjab, truly entertainer...no need to prove his sincerity to anyone...”


On June 18, Bittu accused both Diljit Dosanjh and Jazzy B of inciting youngsters to take up arms and join forces for a separate Sikh state of Khalistan. In a statement, Bittu mentioned, “The entire nation is still mourning its soldiers, but these extremists are supporting China to disturb India and Punjab’s peace”. In defense of the same, Diljit Dosanjh shared a video and made his point.
