Actor Kartar Cheema has been spending a lot of time gymming these days. A recent video clip on his social media account is creating waves as it shows the star working on his already-perfect biceps. From lifting weights to attending other necessary conditioning sessions, Cheema's workout sessions are simply mind-blowing. Cheema who during the Covid days when gyms were closed had resorted to desi exercising and used to cycle and lift boulders in the rural belt adjoining Chandigarh.We hear Cheema has a personal open-air gym at his penthouse where he has installed state-of-the-art machinery. The actor, who is seen in various Punjabi projects, is also on a strict winter diet.
