During her second pregnancy, when she was about to give birth to her twin daughters - Aalia and Aakira, there were certain complications. The doctor even said that the girls might not make it, but Neeru didn’t lose hope. And recently only the twin baby girls Aalia and Aakira celebrated their 2nd birthday.
