Before entering Pollywood, Simi Chahal did a number of Punjabi music videos. However, did you know it wasn’t her appearance in the music videos that made her bag her debut movie, but a 10 second Instagram video that caught the attention of Pankaj Batra?

In one of the interviews, Simi Chahal reportedly mentioned that it was a 10-second video of her on Instagram that her debut movie’s director Pankaj Batra saw and called her for essaying the role of ‘Pakko’ in ‘

Bambukat

’. She too was stunned by the event initially but eventually, she allowed the very fact to sink in as she signed the movie.
Meanwhile, Simi Chahal is busy in the promotions of her upcoming movie ‘Rabb Da Radio 2’, which is slated to release on March 29th.
