Many Marathi actors have had a great background in theatre before they entered the film industry. In addition to great story lines these actors made their mark leaving a lasting mark by portraying great acting skills. Here are some of the most talented actors of Marathi theatre.
Mukta Barve
Having established her name as a film and TV personality, Mukta started off with theatre and left quite a mark on the scene. Her first play was Aamhala Vegle Vhayache in 2001, and after that there was no looking back for her. Some of her other plays are Final Draft, Chhapa Kata and Kabbadi Kabbadi.
