Marathi theatre artistes thank coronawarriors

As many as 38 theatre artistes got together to pay a heartfelt tribute to the corona heroes such as healthcare professionals, government officials, police department, sanitation workers etc. A music video was released online yesterday that featured well-known personalities from Marathi theatre including Ashok Saraf, Prasad Oak, Subodh Bhave, Hruta Durgule, Sumeet Raghavan, Nipun Dharmadhikari, Tejashri Pradhan, Bharat Jadhav, Sanjay Narvekar, Leena Bhagwat, Prashant Damle among many others.It was interesting to see how they added the tinge of theatre flavour to the video. In fact, they clapped in unison for the bravehearts.
They thanked corona warriors, who have been putting a brave fight every single day and working round the clock amidst the global pandemic.
Artistes addressed them as the members of their theatre audience and appreciate all the efforts they are putting in to ensure people's safety.
Along with motivational words by the actors and playwrights, the video has beautiful song written and composed by Annasaheb Kirloskar. The video has directed by Nitish Patankar and Ajay Purkar, Ashok Hande, Sumeet, Sunil Barve, Prasad Oak and Rahul Ranade have given playback for the same.
