The ‘Punjab talkies’ produced mega play
Ajinkya Yoddha
was announced recently in the presence of
Vinod Tawde, Minister for education, sports and cultural affairs, Maharashtra. The songs of this mega play have been sung by well-known singers like Adarsh Shinde,
Avadhoot Gupte, Nandesh Umap and
Vaishali Made
. The title song sung by
Adarsh Shinde has turned out to be really fantastic, shares a source. The music is by Aadi Ramchandra and Vinit Deshpande and costumes are by Paurnima Oak. Lighting will be done by Bhushan Desai and art direction is the responsibility of Abid Sheikh.
To showcase the valour of this great warrior Peshwa Bajirao in theatrical form,Sanjay Pande has conceptualized this mega play ‘Ajinkya Yoddha’–‘Shrimant Peshwe Bajirao Ballal’, which will presented on stage soon.
