The duo is discussing the story of 'Tadka' which is a remake of the Malayalam film, 'Salt and Pepper' and was remade earlier in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, with Raj as the director and actor in all three versions.

Shriya Saran. Speaking to us, Nana shared, "I had asked Prakash, why was he not making the film in Hindi? He said, if I make it, then you will have to star in it. This is how I agreed. It is an 'adult' love story."

The film talks about a mature love story of a 50-year-old, who has lived alone all his life. "The film is a love story. How often do you see Nana Patekar in a romantic avatar,"laughs Nana. "The story is very interesting and that was one of the reasons I agreed to do the film."
