Saleel-Sandeep reunite for a wedding film

After captivating listeners with their music and poems, Saleel Kulkarni and Sandeep Khare have taken their association a step higher, this time to the big screen.Known for their popular programme Ayushyavar Bolu Kahi, Sandeep and Saleel have collaborated on the latter’s directorial debut Wedding Cha Shinema. While Saleel has also composed music for the film, Sandeep has penned the lyrics of the songs. As one would expect, the songs have influence of Sandeep’s poems and are meaningful. In fact, two songs, Bol Pakya and Ugichach Kay Bhandaychay, have already climbed the popularity charts among listeners.The film revolves around the various stages of a wedding ceremony, including the customs, traditions, modern additions and more, and features Shivraj Waichal and Rucha Inamdar in the lead. Mukta Barve, Pravin Tarde and Bhau Kadam also play prominent roles in the film.
