Music review: Kesari

The young singers give it their best but the music isn't always in tune with the vocals.
Music review: Kesari
For a film based on the journey of a wrestler, the songs of Kesari are in sync with the subject. AV Prafullachandra has composed all three songs on the playlist that starts with Rujala, sung by Manish Rajgire.
Manish's voice is reminiscent of Ajay Gogavale. On the other hand, the composition itself has it's highs and lows. Kshitij Patwardhan's lyrics are meaningful and add a certain flair to the song.

Mohan Kannan croons the next track, Tu Chal Ra Mana, which starts on a base note before reaching a high pitch. The song osciallates between the two throughout. While it's an inspiring track, it doesn't stay with you for a long time.
The album ends with He Assa Pahila, a love song sung by Jaydeep Vaidya and Rucha Bondre. The young singers give it their best but the music isn't always in tune with the vocals.
