Glad the music video experiment worked: Vaishali

The film Manglashtak Once More, starring Swwapnil Joshi and Mukta Barve has become a big hit and so have the songs.
However, an experiment that the filmmakers and music composers tried out has also become a hit of sorts. Yes, a video of Vaishali Samant and Awadhoot Gupte singing the Navri song, which plays at the end credits is creating waves. Says Vaishali, “I have sung with Awadhoot after a gap of nearly five years.It was fun recording with him and I think it was this fun that has been captured very well in the video Navri Hi Navraychi.”
Saying that such experiments should be tried out more often, Vaishali says, “When any film is a hit there are a lot of reasons for it. There has to be some newness to look forward to and in this film our video is the new factor, which has worked to some degree. I just wish more such experiments are tried in future.”
