Lyricist Guru Thakur’s tryst with Konkan

One of the best known song writers in the Marathi film industry today, Guru Thakur is not only a lyricist but also a superb painter and lensman. Recently, he was on a trip to the coastal belt of Konkan, which turns magical during rains.
An ace photographer, Guru clicked some fantastic pictures of Konkan’s natural beauty and shared them on social media too. Needless to say, his fans and nature lovers went gushy over them and praised the artistic pictures as well as the stunning landscape of Konkan.
Interestingly, Guru, who is essentially known as a simple and shy man, didn’t share any pictures of grand hotel rooms, but some simple, rural and earthy ones that depict the stark beauty of the region.
