AR Rahman launches the music of Trupti Bhoir's Marathi film
Music maestro and Academy Award winner
The music composer was there to support the film's music composer and producer
The music launch of the film, which is written and directed by Bhoir, had BJP member Shaina NC in attendance. The event also saw Chakravarty presenting the Marathi version of one of Rahman's Tamil songs to welcome him. He also shared some interesting incidents from his time working with Rahman. Rahman, on his part, appreciated Chakravarty's work and said that he has always been fond of the Marathi language and culture. He also added that the moment he learnt that Chakravarty was doing a Marathi film, he was very happy.
Meanwhile, the romantic song from the film, Priti Sumane, was also played for the guests and a new song, Haluwara Halke, was launched at the event. Haluwara Halke has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal and penned by Mangesh Kangane, while Chakravarty has composed the tune. The song received applause from those present, much like the other songs from the film.
Maaza Agadbam features Trupti Bhoir in the lead and actor Subodh Bhave as the male protagonist. Trupti, T Satish Chakravarty, Dhaval Jayantilal Gada and Akshay Jayantilal Gada have produced the film while Reshma Kadakiya, Kushal Kantilal Gada and Niraj Gala are co-producers of the film. The film is a sequel to the hugely successful Agadbam and is sure to be a bigger hit. Maaza Agadbam releases on October 26.

was in Mumbai recently for a very special event. The music composer and singer, also known as Mozart of Madras, launched the music of the upcoming Marathi film Maaza Agadbam, presented by Pen India Company's Jayantilal Gada and Trupti Bhoir Films. . Many of the guests were in for a surprise as they got to know of Rahman and Chakravarty's inspiring guru-shishya relationship.
