Yogesh Jadhav directorial 'Email Female' to release next month
Marathi comedy film 'Email Female' set to release next month. The movie will be one of the few movies which will be releasing post lockdown.
Known for the successful Marathi films 'Land 1857' (2018) and 'Damlelya Babachi Kahani' (2016), the filmmaker Yogesh Jadhav came up with comedy film 'Email Female'. Even the maker also released a trailer and quirky poster from the film which created a buzz on social media last year. However, just a week before the release date, the lockdown was announced. Now post lockdown, the film will be released on February 26.
The film stars the bold and beautiful debutant actress Prajakta Shinde who will be seen setting the screen ablaze. Before the film, the actress starred in TV serials. In the film, Prajakta portrays the role of modern girl 'Monica'. The film story revolves around a middle-class family person Shantanu (Nikhil Ratnaparkhi) who falls prey to a scam which turns his life upside down.
Produced under the banner of SM Balaji films and also produced by Shailesh Kote and Manish Patel, the film also features stars like Vikram Gokhale, Dipti Bhagwat, Vijay Patkar and Kamlesh Sawant among others.

‘Darling’ postponed the release of the film. Helmed by director Sameer Asha Patil, featuring Ritika Shrotri, Prathamesh Parab, Nikhil Chavan, Mangesh Kadam, Aabha Velankar and Jaywant Wadkar among others was slated to release in cinema halls on January 26. Makers recently posted on social media citing the reason to postpone the release of he film. The post says, we were expecting cinema halls across the state to open by January 26, but due to some or the other reasons many theatres are still closed. Considering this situation, we are postponing the release date of the film.end of article
