Why did Tejaswini cry?

Marathi industry's popular actress, Tejaswini Pandit who has bagged almost all the major awards in Best Actress category for 'Ticha Umbartha' got emotional in Zee Chitra Gaurav Awards.
In this recently held award ceremony, when Tejaswini Pandit was called on stage to receive an award for best actress, she couldn’t control her emotions. Tears rolled down her cheeks while remembering her father who passed away last month.Dedicating the award to her deceased dad, a misty eyed Tejaswini said, “I wish my father was alive to see me winning awards. I'm missing you.”
Interestingly, Tejaswini is the daughter of veteran actress Jyoti Chandekar who too won an award in best supporting actress category for the same film. The movie also stars, Chinmay Mandlekar, Suyash Tilak, Harsha Khandeparkar, Tulika Nikam and is directed by Ravi Dewan.
