The story behind 'Elizabeth'

'Elizabeth Ekadashi', the film by director Paresh Mokashi is receiving rave reviews ever since its release.
The film along with its two leading child actors includes one more crucial character that also has the film named after it that is Elizabeth- the bicycle that one could see throughout the film. As the cycle has an important role to play in the movie, the director wanted it to look unique and therefore he decided to have it specially designed.'The bicycle, Elizabeth, has an important role in the story and we can see it in most of the frames of the film. Hence, while writing the script, I had a few ideas in mind around which I wanted to design this cycle. I wanted kids, both in the film and the ones who will be watching it, to get attached to it. Thus, along with a friend of mine from IIT Bombay, I decided to design it. And after days of head scratching and discussions, the bicycle i desired was finally made,' informed Mokashi.
