'Te Aath Diwas' actress Abhilasha Patil passes away owing to Covid-19 complications

Marathi and Bollywood's popular actress Abhilasha Patil, 40, breathed her last on Wednesday (May 5), owing to Covid-19 complications. Abhilasha was well-known for her works in Marathi films like 'Bayko Deta Ka Bayko' and 'Pipsi', among others.
According to the reports, the actress was diagnosed with Covid-19 recently. She is survived by her husband and a son.Several celebs from the Marathi industry mourned the actress's death.
Actor-director Shashank Udapurkar, who had worked with Abhilasha in his last released Marathi film 'Prawaas' took to his Facebook page and wrote "Abhilasha Patil, very hard working and energetic co-artist.. We worked together in PRAWAAS.Don't have words to express. RIP Abhilasha Ji."
