Marathi

Satarcha Salman
is somewhat similar. While there was buzz around who would be playing the titular role in the film, the makers have confirmed that it’s Suyog who will be seen as the main protagonist.
Sharing details about the same, Suyog says, “Growing up, we all have a person we look up to. My character in the film, Amit Kalbhor, considers Salman to be his idol and that sticks to him. Soon, people from his town start calling him by Salman’s name.”

Refusing to divulge more about the film, which is directed by
Hemant Dhome, Suyog adds that in real life, there are certain aspects of Salman’s personality that he likes. “I like the fact that he is generous and that he doesn’t care about being politically correct. it’s like, what you see is what you get with him,” shares Suyog.
