'Shree Swami Samarth’: Director Sameer Surve kick-starts his next

Writer-director Sameer Ramesh Surve who made his debut as a director through the feature film ‘Shree Partner’ based on a novel of the same name. Sameer's last release 'Shubh Lagna Savdhan' did well at the box office. Now, the filmmaker is gearing up for his next film titled 'Shree Swami Samarth'. Along with the director, the event was graced by famous actor Ankush Chaudhari, veteran actors Satish Pulekar and Kishori Ambiye. However, the makers have kept the name of the actor who would play Swami Samarth under wraps, along with the rest of the cast. In an official statement, the makers have said that the film will have some A-list Marathi film actors.

This is Surve’s third film as a director. His last film Shubh Lagna Savadhan, which starred Subodh Bhave and Shruti Marathe, was released earlier this month.
