Saurabh Sinha's 'Saavat' gets a new release date

The long-awaited Saurabh Sinha's 'Saavat' has been creating a lot of buzz on social media after the makers unveiled its trailer and teaser. Earlier, the film was scheduled to release on 21 March, but due to some issues, the makers postponed the release of the film. Recently, the makers took the social media to announce that his much awaited Marathi feature film 'Saavat' is all set to release on 5 April 2019.

Saurabh Sinha's 'Saavat' revolves around the story of a village which explores the human psyche. The real crux of the film, that follows a cop played by Smita Tambe, on her hunt to solve a mystery involving seven suicides in one village within seven years. Actress Smita Tambe, who is known for portraying strong female characters in various movies, is debuting as a producer with the film 'Saavat. The film also features stars like Smita Tambe, Milind Shirole, Shwetambari Ghute and Sanjeevani Jadhav in pivotal roles.
