'Saavat' teaser: Saurabh Sinha's thriller promises to keep the audience on the edge of their seats

The forthcoming Marathi film ‘Saavat’ directed by Saurabh Sinha revolves around the story of a village which explores the human psyche. The film is already in news for its catchy poster and now, the makers dropped the first teaser which is bound to keep you on the edge of your seat.
Interestingly, the teaser begins with subtitles describing the real crux of the film, that follows a cop on his hunt to solve a mystery involving seven suicides in one village within seven years.What makes the story gripping is that these incidents occur during the rainy season with seven eyewitnesses Iron branded with morbid messages. All these witnesses see someone, who was not supposed to be there.
According to the makers, the story treads the fine line between faith and blind faith, thus sending out a strong message of free will.
The film that features stars like Smita Tambe, Milind Shirole, Shwetambari Ghute and Sanjeevani Jadhav in pivotal roles, is slated to release on 22 March 2019.
