To celebrate the

lord Ganesh festival

in a novel way and protect the environment amid lockdown, many celebrities from the

Marathi industry

have decided to celebrate the biggest festival of the year in eco-friendly way.

In a bid to save the Indian water bodies and spread the message of 'eco-friendly' Ganesh Chaturthi, actor-director Ravi Jadhav shared a picture, where he can be seen sculpting an eco-friendly Ganesha idol at home.

He captioned the post as "आपली मुर्ती आपणच घडवायची’.
इको फ्रेंडली गणेशाचे यंदा आमचे हे १८ वे वर्ष. मोरया ����"

Talking about his film, Ravi Jadhav's upcoming film 'Ananya' is adopted from popular Marathi play of the same name. Helmed by popular actor, Pratap Phad. It features Hruta Durgule and Suvrat Joshi in the lead roles.
