Rakhi Sawant's Marathi film in trouble?

The project that would have marked Bollywood actor and item girl Rakhi Sawant's entry into Marathi films as an actor is in trouble.
A project of ace Marathi actor-director Smita Talwalkar, it had received a nod for funding by an American global mass media company which had recently ventured into Marathi cinema and produced movies like '72 Mail Ek Pravas' and 'Kumari Gangubai Nonmatrik'.
Sources inform that the production house has backed off from the project without stating any reasons. Also, the dates of actor Subodh Bhave and Rakhi who were essaying prominent roles in the film were locked and the shoot was supposed to begin from November 11 this year. Now, is it the thanda response the earlier films received at the BO, has affected the production house's decision regarding Smita's film or is there another reason, only time will tell.
