Prarthana Behere urges people to feed strays during the lockdown

With the lockdown across the country, restaurants have also closed down. This closing down has affected the stray dogs and cats that primarily depend on food from these places. As the source of their food has been cut off many good Samaritans have taken a step forward to feed the stray animals.
Similarly, actress Prarthana Behere has also taken the initiative to feed the stray dogs near her residential society in Baroda.Prarthana, who is a pet parent herself shares, “With the lockdown, strays are not getting food to eat. So like many others, I also have been feeding the stray dogs near my society. So, I tell my mother to make extra chapatis for them and feed them every night. As we are taking care of ourselves, we also need to think about the voiceless. So I urge people to feed the strays, in this difficult time of the pandemic.”
