Similarly, actress Prarthana Behere has also taken the initiative to feed the stray dogs near her residential society in Baroda. Prarthana, who is a pet parent herself shares, “With the lockdown, strays are not getting food to eat. So like many others, I also have been feeding the stray dogs near my society. So, I tell my mother to make extra

chapatis

for them and feed them every night. As we are taking care of ourselves, we also need to think about the voiceless. So I urge people to feed the strays, in this difficult time of the pandemic.”
