Piyush Mishra makes his Marathi debut with Aniket Ghadage's 'College Diary'

India's eminent music director, Piyush Mishra is one magician ‘wordsmith’ who plays with words skillfully in Hindi cinema and creates different songs as per the requirement of the situation. The musician is all set to make his singing debut in Marathi cinema with the film, 'College Diary' to be directed by Aniket Jagannath Ghadage. The film, 'College Diary' has already a created a buzz in social media for having five songs that too in five different languages- Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Sanskrit and last but not the least English too.

It is interesting to note that the Hindi song has been rendered by none other than Piyush Mishra himself. Piyush has crooned the song, '

Lahore

' to the lyrics of the duo Ganesh-Suresh and composed by music director Niranjan Pedgaonkar.

The film, 'College Diary' revolves around the college campus. It is about a few thick friends who are of the opinion that college life just comprises of pranks and fun-filled incidents soaked in fun but all of a sudden certain unexpected incidents take place and the course of their lives change.

The Aniket Jagannath Ghadage's directorial film is produced under the banner of Bhavesh Kashiyani Films in associations with Idreamz Filmcraft and produced by Bhavesh Bhavan Kashiyani. It features stars like, Ishal Sangle, Anand Burad,Sameer Sakpal, Vaishnavi Shinde, Sharad Jadhav, Pratiksha Shivankar, Avinash Khedekar, Pratik Gandhi, Hemlata Raghu and Janardhan Kadam. It is slated to release on February 16, 2019.
