Phulwa Khamkar pays a lovely tribute to Waheeda Rehman

Phulwa Khamkar who has choreographed songs in films like 'Natarang', 'Mitwaa', 'Poshter Girl' etc, paid a heartfelt tribute to Waheeda Rehman. As a gesture of congratulating the senior Hindi film actress on winning the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, Phulwa posted her dance video on social media.

She can be seen dancing on 'Rangeela Re', which is a celebrated song from the film, 'Prem Pujari'. She wrote, "Dedicating this performance on the song from the film Prem pujari ( 1970) to late Dev Anand sir on his 100th birth anniversary and to the one and only Waheeda Rehman ji for receiving the most prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award!! (sic)."


After creating a niche in Marathi films, Phulwa has made her debut in Malayalam films as a choreographer. She has choreographed a song in Mohanlal's 'Malaikottai Valiban'.
