Marathi film Janmantar launched

The muhurat of Marathi film 'Janmantar' was held in a unique manner and it all started at the feet of Lalbaug Cha Raja with a clap given by Jackie Shroff. Janmantar is a film on para-psychology with the tag line 'Toh Janma purvicha hota mrutyucha sakshidar'.
Jackie Shroff will play the lead role in the film and Gulshan Grover will also make his debut in Marathi films with this flick.This is the second Marathi film featuring Jackie Shroff. The film will also be shot at Pushkar Palace of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The film also has an item number which will be done by the sexy Meghna Naidu. Janmantar features Milind Gunaji, Dr. Mohan Agashe, Ravi Kale, Yateen Karyekar, Pankaj Vishnu, Meenal Ghorpade, Seema Vishwas, Dr. Nishigandha Wad, Amit Bhanushali, Tia Atharva, Joli Bhatia, Nisha Parulekar and many others in important roles. The makers aim to complete the film by October 2012 and plan to release it January 2013.
