Ganeshotsav is a time of devotion and excitement for Bappa’s devotees, and the eagerness among Marathi celebrities is no less. When it comes to celebrating Ganeshotsav, our celebs leave no stone unturned, while also ensuring the celebrations are eco-friendly and safe. For some, this means quickly taking a break from shoot schedules to visit Pune and for others it is all about snacking on modaks. Actor

Gayatri Datar

, who is currently shooting for a TV serial, shared that she has been juggling between work and celebrations. Dnyanada Ramtirthkar is glad to be in India during Ganeshotsav as she was supposed to be shooting in London during this time.

For Sonalee Kulkarni, this year is an eco-friendly celebration as her brother made the idol with shaadu

clay

and she coloured it using natural colours like haldi and kumkum. Sonalee also said that she is currently shooting for a big project and is skipping the modaks. And while Sonalee is on a diet,

Tanvi Kishor

and Dhanashri Kadgoankar are high on making and eating modaks. Dhanashri shared that though they do not have a Ganpati idol at home; she enjoys making delicacies for every festival and so, has prepared modaks for her family and friends.
