Lata Mangeshkar who has to her credit over 30,000 songs in different languages, breathed her last on Sunday (February 6).
According to reports, the veteran singer was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Breach Candy Hospital on January 8 after she tested positive for Covid-19.

Expressing his grief, Atul Gogavale said "I never thought that a day will come when I have to speak on legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar. I think 'Legends Never Die' and our Lata Mangeshkar is still with us. She has gone through a lot of struggles in her life. It's a very huge loss for our Marathi Industry"
For the universe, Lata Mangeshkar who began her career in 1942, has recorded songs in over a thousand Hindi and Marathi films and has sung many tracks in several Indian languages and foreign languages.
