'. Rounding up the top awards was ‘Sairat' again- the social drama was awarded the Best Film and Nagraj Manjule bagged the Best Director Award.
Sai Tamhankar picked up her first black lady for her Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female) for ‘Family Katta’, while ‘Natsamrat’ was awarded as the Critics’ Choice Best Film. The composer duo of Ajay-Atul bagged every award in the music department, ranging from background score to the best album.
Priyanka Chopra’s production ‘Ventilator’ tallied 5 Filmfare awards, followed by 3 awards for ‘Natsamrat’. The biggest winner of the night was ‘Sairat’ with a massive total of 11 Filmfare awards.
