with National award-winning filmmaker, Makarand Mane’s Kaagar.

While the actress overwhelmed the audience with her second Marathi film, the popularity of Sairat’s character Archi is etched amongst fans and they still identify her by the character’s name. Talking about being compared between Archi and other character she recently played, she says, “It is Archi who gave Rinku the recognition and there would definitely be a comparison. But being an actress, it is my job to leave a mark with every character, not just one;” adding further, “Take for instance Hema Malini. She is still known as Basanti to many and thereafter also she has done remarkable films and made a mark in the industry. It is natural that people will remember you from your first film, especially when it is a blockbuster. Hence I choose the character of 'Raani' from Makarand Mane’s film
