,” he says, adding, “I wish I had said yes to it because Amit Masurkar is a very good director.”

Girish was offered the role that Pankaj Tripathi went on the play in the film, but he said no to the part. Not one to let that affect his work, Girish is all ready for 2019. He shares, “I have Dhappa, which will release soon. Then there is another Marathi film for which I will be collaborating with Umesh Kulkarni and I am planning to do a play as well. I have also worked in a Hindi film, and the second season of a popular web series, that will release in 2019. All in all, it’s going to be a busy year.”
