Hruta Durgule and Suvrat Joshi team up for a love story

Hruta Durgule and Suvrat Joshi shot for a web series in Pune. With limited crew members, this ‘love story’, helmed by Shoneel Yallatikar, was shot in various areas of the city, like Baner and FC road. Interestingly, the lead actors Hruta and Suvrat, who will be seen in Pratap Phad’s debut directorial 'Ananya', are teaming up for the second time for this project.
Hruta says, “We are paired opposite each other for this project, while we play siblings in 'Ananya'. Suvrat is a lovely co-star and we share a great camaraderie off screen too."
Hruta, who shot for the musical reality show Singing Star, post the lockdown, shares that she has adapted to the new normal now. “The only difference is that it takes a little longer to organise the entire setup, as we have to sanitise everything. We have become cautious when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene,” says she.
Suvrat, who also shot for a Marathi film Choomantar in the UK in October, says, “I saw no difference back in India with regards to safety precautions on sets. Apart from the team members taking utmost care of hygiene on the set, we got immense support from the Pune police as well. It is good to see filmmakers shedding all inhibitions and Marathi cinema slowly getting back on track. I hope our films get a good response when they hit the theatres.”
