First glimpse of the movie Akrandan unveiled

Women in our society are looked down. And the increase of sexual assault in our country is on the rise. Realising the situation prevailing in the country, Marathi industry produces a movie revolving around this theme. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the first glimpse of the movie

Akrandan

was released recently. The movie talks about the sensitive issues lingering around women, wherein it revolves around the incident of atrocities against a poor helpless woman and her struggle for justice. The story stars Vikram Gokhale, Smita Talwalkar, Amita Khopkar, Pradeep Velankar, Uday Tikekar, Bharat Ganeshapure, Tejashri Pradhan, Vilas Ujwana, Pallavi Wagh, Sneha Biranjealong with Upendra Limaye, Sharad Ponkshe, Milind Inamdar and Ganesh Yadav in prominent roles. Written by Shashikant Deshpande and Milind Inamdar, the movie will release on September 7 across the state.
