In an exclusive chat with Etimes on our Insta live session, the 'Zabardast' actress revealed that the role of 'Chandramukhi' role was initially offered to her.
Manasi said "May be it was offered to me or maybe I knew what was going to happen. Maybe I was given that role. I don't know why? I bless the whole team. I think I would have been a better 'Chandramukhi'.

Check out the video below:Revealing the female lead at a grand event organised last evening on March 22 at Royal Opera House, Mumbai, the makers announced that 'Chandramukhi' will star Amruta Khanvilkar as 'Chandramukhi' and the Adinath Kothare as Daulat Deshmane.
While speaking about her role, Amruta Khanvilkar said "I am blessed to receive the opportunity of playing this role which has intense shades of love, romance, dedication and struggle"
Talking about the film 'Chandramukhi' is an amorous love story of an ambitious shrewd politician and a captivating gorgeous girl from Tamasha based on the adaptation from the famous novel under the same name, written by
Vishwas Patil.
The film is set for a theatrical release on April 29.
