Chaitanya Tamhane examines the Indian legal system through the trial of an ageing folk singer at a Sessions Court in Mumbai.
Tamhane won accolades of the film and also went on to win several awards at international film festivals. The latest achievement for this young filmmaker is that Mexican film director Alfonso Cuar��n has chosen him as his prot��g��.
