'Jatra: Hyalagaad Re Tyalagaad'

This Kedar Shinde directorial is about the story of two villages Hyalagaad and Tyalagaad which conduct a religious fair in which they are allowed to kill the rivals to win in a race. It starred Bharat Jadhav, Kranti Redkar, Siddhartha Jadhav, Ankush Choudhary, Vijay Chavan and others. Kedar Shinde, who has also penned the dialogues of the film, will tickle your funny bone with his comic act as 'Monya'. This comedy-drama thus is worth a watch.

'Aga Bai Arrecha!'

'Aga Bai Arrechha!' is a Marathi film by director Kedar Shinde loosely based on the Hollywood film 'What Women Want'. It was released in 2005. The film highlights the life and the problems of a common man living in a metropolitan city like Mumbai. His greatest difficulty is to answer the question "What women want?" until he gets blessed by the Kuldevi (Clan Goddess) of his village and gets a special "ear" for women. It is transition from a frustrated person to someone who is happy, content and in charge of his life. Kedar's one of the most anticipated releases and marked a big day for the Marathi film industry.

'Yanda Kartavya Aahe'

'Yanda Kartavya Aahe' is a Marathi Indian rom-com film about two people thrown into matrimony and are discovering each other. This is the third directorial venture of Kedar Shinde, the first two being 'Aga Bai Arrecha!' and 'Jatra'. The story and dialogue are written by Rasika Joshi and the movie is produced by Ashwani Chawla and directed by Kedar Shinde. The film shows various moments in development of their relationship, adjustments with personalities and mood swings and how they finally live happily. The movie did well in box office and it's worth watching.

'Kho Kho'

'Kho Kho' directed by Kedar Shinde revolves around the protagonist Shrirang Deshmukh, a simpleton primary school teacher who spends his whole life in Mumbai making ends meet. He gets cheated due to his humility and modesty, the film later depicts how he evolves from this with the help of his ancestors who are now spirits. The film is his tribute to his grandfather, Shahir Sable. The movie boasts of a star cast that has Bharat Jadhav, Vijay Chavan and Siddharth Jadhav you know a fun-filled fare is in store for you.

'Shreemant Damodar Pant'

Kedar Shinde's directorial 'Shreemant Damodar Pant' was a comedy-drama that starred Bharat Jadhav, Sunil Barve, Vijay Chavan, Mrunal Dusanis, Alka Kubal in prominent roles. The movie is an adaptation of the play by the same name which ruled the theatres. The story unfolds with a Wada that gets transformed into a palace by 6 pm every evening when the spirit of the freedom fighter Shrimant Damodar Pant enters his grandson Damu's body (Bharat). When Bharat Jadhav and Vijay Chavan shared the screen space, a laughter riot was ensured.
